It is on the 2nd floor above the owners storage area and has nice views of the ocean, the Santa Cruz Wharf, and the Beach Boardwalk. It has 1-King bed in the bedroom, 1-Queen aerobed to set up in Living Room. Hardwood floors, new Kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a Washer and a Dryer in the closet. There are two decks. One overlooks a private garden with vegetables & flowers and another deck is off the Master bathroom overlooking the Ocean and the Boardwalk. Just 1 house off West Cliff Drive & a short 3 block walk to the Boardwalk and Downtown. This lovely home is located across the street from Cowells' beach and 3 blocks from the legendary surf spot, Steamer's Lane. No pets please.
